Meet Dr. Hamilton

Dr. J is a clinical psychologist specializing in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. With more than 20 years of experience across medical, educational, and clinical settings, Dr. J brings a warm, thoughtful, and thorough approach to assessment. Their work includes evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning differences, attention and executive functioning concerns, mood and anxiety, and complex diagnostic questions.

Neuropsychological evaluations consider areas such as intellectual functioning, attention, memory, executive functioning, language, visuospatial skills, and academic achievement, alongside emotional and behavioral functioning. Evaluations integrate clinical interviews, history, standardized measures, and behavioral observations to provide a clear and individualized picture of strengths and areas of need. Dr. J’s clinical experience includes academic medicine, community mental health, and public and private schools, with training and clinical experience at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, Boston University Medical Center, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Dr. J takes a collaborative and culturally responsive approach, attending to psychosocial and developmental factors including culture, identity, family, education, and medical history to provide useful answers, greater clarity, and recommendations that feel meaningful and practical for each individual and their family.

Dr. J is an out of network provider. Neuropsychological testing is $4600. A superbill is available for direct insurance reimbursement.
