Part-Time Licensed Psychologist
Prism Therapy Collective is seeking a neuro-affirming and collaborative Licensed Psychologist to join our growing practice as an independent contractor (1099). This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and is looking for a flexible, part-time role within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Position Overview
This position focuses primarily on conducting neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your area of expertise). Evaluations will typically be scheduled a few times each month, offering flexibility while helping meet the growing demand for high-quality psychological assessment services.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations.
Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment measures.
Prepare clear, timely, and clinically meaningful evaluation reports.
Provide feedback sessions to clients and families.
Collaborate with the Prism Therapy Collective team to support continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
Commute to the office in Acton, MA for in-person evaluations.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
Active, unrestricted psychologist license in the state of practice.
Experience conducting neuropsychological and/or psychological evaluations.
Strong diagnostic, report writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
Experience working with LQBTQ+ individuals, including trans and gender diverse clients.
Up to date on best practices and research related to neurodivergence.

Licensed Therapist (LICSW or LMHC) – Hybrid/In-Person – Acton, MA
Prism Therapy Collective is a trauma-informed, identity-affirming group practice in Acton, MA. We’re seeking a Massachusetts-licensed LICSW or LMHC to join our collaborative and values-driven team.
This is a hybrid position with a minimum of two in-person days per week at our Acton office. You’ll also have the option to offer telehealth sessions on other days. We’ll build a caseload with you based on your clinical strengths—whether that’s working with teens, adults, couples, or specific populations.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual psychotherapy (with additional populations based on your experience and interest)
See clients in person at least 2 days per week
Offer telehealth sessions as desired
Maintain timely documentation using our secure EHR
Participate in monthly peer supervision and clinical team engagement
Requirements
Active Massachusetts license (LICSW or LMHC)
Available for in-person work in Acton at least 2 days/week
Experience providing affirming, trauma-informed care to LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients
Willing to become credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized training in EMDR, IFS, or other evidence-based modalities
Experience working in a collaborative or group practice setting
Interest in working with specific populations such as teens, trans clients, or neurodivergent clients
Current practice needs include: couples & family therapy, work with latency age children (ages 6-12)

This is a fee-for-service position with competitive rates based on experience. We provide dedicated support to help you build and maintain your caseload. Clinicians who are aligned with our values and committed to long-term work with Prism may have the opportunity to transition to a salaried role.
