At Prism Therapy Collective, we’re committed to making high-quality care as accessible as possible. While most of our providers are out-of-network and do not bill insurance directly, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plans.

If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive back 50–80% of your session fees after meeting your deductible. These benefits allow you to work with a provider who isn't in your insurance network while still receiving partial coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your specific benefits and reimbursement process.

Currently, some of our providers accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please reach out directly for details or with any questions.

To support you, we’re happy to provide a SuperBill—a detailed receipt that includes all necessary information for submitting a claim to your insurance provider. We can also help guide you through the process to make things as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our fees vary by service type and provider, and payment is due at the time of your session.
